LiveWP AI Translations
A WordPress plugin that translates a Polylang site in one batch using DeepL, including the fiddly bits most tools leave behind.

What needed to change
Getting a WordPress site into another language is one job. Keeping it up to date is another. Every new page, content change, menu item and internal link adds work across every language. Doing that page by page gets old quickly, especially on a large site.
What I made
The useful bit
I built WP AI Translations to handle that work in batches. Pick the content and languages, then let it work through posts, pages, custom post types, taxonomy terms, ACF fields and blocks, and classic menus. It remaps internal links to their translated pages too. DeepL gets page and site context, while reserved phrases and glossaries help keep names and terminology consistent.
Outcome
What changed
It’s now been used on several large-scale commercial sites. Teams can maintain their source content in one language and roll the changes out across the others, with less copying, chasing and link fixing. The workspace shows job progress and estimated DeepL usage before a run, so there’s a clearer view of what’s happening.
Next
Where it goes from here
Keep making the everyday maintenance easier. Saved hourly, daily or weekly schedules can pick up source changes and skip unchanged translations. Real use keeps showing me where the next useful improvement is.
