    Overseeing websites and digital content while helping several development teams grow into one cohesive unit.

    • Leads digital experience work within the Technology Acceleration team.
    • Helps align development teams brought together from five agencies.
    • Supports company-wide AI adoption through useful tools, skills and agentic workflows.

    May 2022–Feb 2026

    Broadened the development remit to connect UX, design, engineering and responsible digital practice.

    • Improved collaboration around reusable, CMS-friendly design modules.
    • Strengthened delivery systems and expanded React, Next.js and Svelte capability.

    Built the team, shared platform and working practices behind Velocity’s website and digital-content output.
